Since cardboard is susceptible to being crushed it’s nice to have some reassurance that the MTM ammo box will actually protect your ammo. Because these boxes are so durable you’ll have them and reuse them for a lifetime, unless of course you’re running them over with your truck or something.
Stackable:
When stacked cardboard tends to slip and slide, but not these MTM ammo boxes. They’re ergonomically designed with feet on the bottom that interlock with the tops when stacked on each other. These boxes have saved me from the unorganized mess that I’ve experienced after moving my ammo can around in the past. Although it’s a small detail I’ve really come to appreciate the stackability of these boxes.
Inexpensive:
I’d have to say that at $2 per box these things are a tremendous bargain. They provide me with so much value that it’s a no brainer whether or not I’d purchase them again. I bought twenty MTM 9mm boxes to accommodate the 1000 rounds of blazer ammo that I purchased, and the amount of space that I reclaimed in my ammo can was incredible.
